Jasil is a high precision metal mechanics company, founded in 1948 with a very dynamic approach and continuous improvement. It has a long experience producing engine parts with very tight tolerances and stringent standards. Jasil has a large variety of internal production processes that allows customers to order a finished product to one single supplier. Constant innovation is leading JASIL to apply solutions according to Industry 4.0 concepts. Kaizen lean, "zero defects" and Six Sigma methodologies helps JASIL to focus on quality, increasing productivity and reduce waste. Jasil quality system is ISO 9001 certified and IATF requirements are being implemented. The company is planning to move to a new facility with covered 10 000 m2 with a total area of 45 000 m2. Steel, aluminum and brass forging as well aluminum heat treatment are done in-house.
Jasil has a highly productive turning centers equipped with two opposing spindles and twin turrets. The turning centers are a multi-task mill/turn center, and are designed for heavy and interrupted cutting, long- term high accuracy, and superior surface finishes.
JASIL has machining centers with 3 or 4 axis, with or without a pallet and CNC lathes with manual or automatic bar feeder with up to 8 working axis that cover any machining operation needed.

Strict quality control is guaranteed throughout the manufacturing process. On shop floor every machine or process is connected to the ERP software where quality specifications are defined and available to be consulted, ensuring the product compliance. The CNC measuring machine and 3D scanning tool, with a precision up to 5 microns, standing side by side with other measuring tools for hardness, roughness, coating thickness, gears and others ensure a high quality level.
